I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and while it has some good points, there were definitely some frustrations. The rooms were comfortable, but they looked like they could use a bit of updating. The dining experience left a lot to be desired, especially with the breakfast offering not meeting expectations. However, the indoor pool was a nice feature and a highlight of our stay. Location-wise, it was convenient to some eateries, but the noise from the highway was a drawback.

The rooms were comfortable with essentials like a microwave and refrigerator, but they looked like they could use a bit of updating.
Service

The service was hit-or-miss; at times helpful, but overall, I found staff to be not very engaging.

The breakfast was disappointing, primarily consisting of microwaved frozen sandwiches which didn’t feel like a true hot breakfast.

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, complete with a refrigerator and microwave, making it easy for us to handle our road snacks. However, the service felt lacking at times, particularly when it came to the maid service communication. The location was ideal, making it easy for us to access restaurants and grocery stores. The breakfast options were decent but not exceptional, and the facilities, particularly the pool, were a highlight.

The rooms were spacious and clean, featuring a microwave and refrigerator which was a great help for our snacks. The comfortable couch was perfect for unwinding.
Service

While the staff at reception was nice, the maid service didn’t fully restock our room one day, leaving out necessary items. This created a bit of frustration during our stay.

The location is fantastic! We could easily walk to a grocery store and several restaurants, plus it was conveniently close to national parks.

The breakfast was decent but felt standard, with nothing really standing out except for the bad scrambled eggs we had on one morning.

The pool was great! It was one of the biggest I've seen in a hotel, making it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

I chose this hotel mainly for its reasonable price, and I was pleasantly surprised by the large indoor pool and hot tub. The room was a decent size with a living area, and the location made it easy to walk to grocery stores and restaurants. However, my experience was marred by a noisy stay, lackluster service in another instance, and issues with the room's cleanliness.

Rooms
8.0
The room was spacious with a cozy living area, which I appreciated. It was a pet-friendly room that was spotless, except for a strange tub faucet that took some figuring out.
Service
5.0
The service varied; while I had a good experience with accommodating requests for extended checkout, there were instances with poor staff behavior. I felt they could have been more pleasant.
Location
9.0
The location was perfect for accessing several National and State Parks, and it was convenient to hop over to dining and grocery options.
Dining

Breakfast was decent, with a good variety, but it did get a bit crowded and chaotic in the dining area.

The indoor pool and hot tub were highlights, very clean and well-maintained, making it a great spot to relax after a day of exploring.

This hotel is a decent option for dog owners, featuring one of the few indoor pools in town, which is particularly enjoyable in the winter. It’s recently renovated and offers a solid breakfast. However, my experience was marred by a lack of hot water and a very unpleasant interaction with the front desk staff that left me feeling unwelcome and discriminated against.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is perfect for families looking to explore the beautiful surroundings. The spacious rooms were clean and comfortable, and the kids had a blast at the pool. While the breakfast was better than average, some minor maintenance issues were noticeable. Overall, a great place to stay, especially given the vibrant location near restaurants and stores.

The hotel is ideally situated within walking distance to stores and restaurants, providing stunning views of the red rocks. It's also conveniently close to the entrance of the national park.
